Following a prevention visit, this industrial company was required to install N7-certified automatic fire detection across two production sites. Two installers were consulted and two quotes were submitted to the insurer, who rejected both.
Asked by the broker for an independent technical opinion, RiskCare analyzed all available documents: quotes, technical memorandum, risk assessment report and insurer prevention plan.
The diagnosis identified 11 gaps, including two major issues: partial monitoring where the insurer required full coverage, and combustible insulated plenums explicitly excluded from the detection scope.
Without this analysis, the client could have obtained a valid N7 certificate while remaining exposed, since the insurer's recommendation would not have been lifted.
Thanks to the gap analysis, the client received a clear prioritization of non-conformities, precise actions to send to the contractor and a solid basis for a tripartite review before signing.
